We have just finished creating the first of a series of promotional videos. Each video will contain interviews with the cast and crew from Less Lost, production stills, and clips from the movie. The first video will appear online before Christmas 2011!

Currently, we are still very busy in post production and look forward to all the progress in the new year of 2012.

Munitio ear buds... worth it?

Day 8 was a great shoot, with Shane Fox, Brandon Alexander, and Heather Dodson on set. We cannot cease to be admired by the talent of our cast.

It is so tough to shoot in Florida during the summer, but everyone is staying focused despite the intense heat. There's so much talent clashing and creating absolute magic on our set. As a production we feel lucky, and thankful for each donation we have received. We are still counting on your supportive donations in order to keep this film on its track to the big screen.

Below, our dedicated DP Marco Cordero shows director Chase Conner a take. Shane and Brandon are also watching the playback for the scene they've just performed in as Luke and Darien.

The man laying the foundation we need is our Production Designer: Marco Antonio Mujica. It is a pleasure to work with such a talented professional.

Marco was born in Madrid, Spain and raised in Florida. He enlisted in the Marines and became a Sergeant after five years. He graduated from Valencia Community College with a pre-major in English and is now a senior at UCF majoring in Film-Cinema Studies. Marco has strong focus and talent in the art department developed while working as an art director and production designer on nearly 20 student films including several Capstone shorts and two feature films such as Andrew Gay's A Beautiful Belly and Marc Casilli's The Last Two Years of David Brachman.

We are so busy taking care of many details before principal photography gets here.

Lodging for crew, food, drinks, wardrobe, props, locations, forms, schedule, rehearsals, cold reads, contracts, bills,etc., etc.,etc.

There's definitely an excitement across the spectrum of crew and cast about the day getting here soon. As a production company we are anxious to make sure every single details is thoroughly thought of and taken care of. Heather Dodson is a native Floridian currently residing in Orlando. After a 10 year hiatus, she decided to pursue her passion for acting full-time and is proud to be making her film debut in Less Lost. In addition to this most recent credit, Heather has also appeared in various television commercials including Florida's Natural Orange Juice, Vince Carter's Restaurant, BlueAnt Mobile, and Werther's Original. She has also re-discovered her love for musical theatre performing as part of the ensemble cast in Boardwalk & Broadway featuring music from The Music Man, Jesus Christ Superstar and Les Miserables.

Brandon Alexander was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. After initially attending Vanderbilt University, where he received a full scholarship to play football, he then transferred to Rollins College, In Winter Park. While studying Organizational Communication there, he was introduced to the Theatre Program, which helped to develop his basic skills as an actor. Upon graduation, he then moved to New York City, in order to continue his training and to pursue a career in the arts. In New York he received intense instruction from esteemed acting coach, and Board Member of The Actor's Studio, Susan Batson. Soon there after, he truly began his career as a film, theatre, and television actor, appearing in numerous productions.

The Fundraiser this past Monday was awesome! We had a great turn out and in addition, everybody was very supportive. First and most importantly, we'd like to thank Mike Farrell, Chase Conner, and Shane Fike for the professional presentation. It was organized, to the point, and honest. Second, thank you Daytona Beach Cinematique! Thank you Mike Becker and the Cinematique Board of Directors. The space was perfect and we even got to pull some of your best people to help us setup and run the event, Amber Dees Haug and Stephanie Mason-Teague. Third, to the workers who managed the event and wrangled the crowd, we tip our hat to your service. Sam Torres and Sarah Powell, together with Amber Dees Haug, you two ran the front entrance, wine table, and merchandise section like Niel Diamond Roadies on tour for 40 years. Superb. Morgan Douglas, John Snodgrass, Marc Casilli, Geoff Johnson, Brian Cicero, and Joe Rigano, all of your wrangling, wine pouring, beer bin pointing, and sandwich showing skills are nothing short of superior. Austin Boggs and Jordan Clancy, we needed good photographers and we got great ones, enough said. Fourth and last, Thank you so much to all those who were able to attend our Fundraiser. It's your support that keeps the wheels greased for the project to move forward. We hope everyone had a great time and never stops talking that great time that they had! Update: Due to the recent obstacles in our scheduled January shoot and the rate of fund raising, we have made changes to the project. We have brought on a fresh and talented writer, Shane Fox, and are in the process of consolidating down the story to better fit within the framework of our financial scope. The good news, the story is getting better and better. The bad news, there is no bad news! Our website is getting a new and much needed face-lift and we are still raising money and gearing up for April. It's been an arduous road traveled and we still have a distance to go, but the harder the hit, the stronger we become. We will not stop. More updates to come as we move forward.
